Deposit Schedule and Time Line

            of Essenza’s groundbreaking.
         b. Five percent (5%) one (1) year after having received written notification

Maintenance Fee

The referred fee is set at US$0.20 cents per square foot (US$2.00 per square
meter), but may vary slightly according to Co-Owners’ Regulations.
These payments will not begin until thirty (30) days after the new owner is notified
of the issuance of the Occupancy Permit.
It will include 24 hour security, valet parking, building insurance, gas, and water.
In addition, electricity and cleaning for common areas will be provided.

Parking Availability

One (1) parking space for one and two bedroom apartments and suites up to two hundred square meters (200 sq. mts / 2,150 sq. ft)
